About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join The Wonderful Company. This role involves providing technical support and ensuring the reliable operation of computer systems and related equipment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, including antivirus, firewall, and anti-spyware solutions
- →Configure, troubleshoot, and repair information systems hardware to ensure reliable operation of computers and related equipment across the organization
- →Diagnose and resolve hardware failures; coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements as needed
- →Perform computer moves, adds, and changes (MACs)
- →Reload and image operating systems
- →Install and configure software in accordance with The Wonderful Company’s information systems policies and procedures
- →Assist with network administration tasks, including new user setup and removal, Active Directory moves, adds, and changes, and general Windows troubleshooting
- →Provide printer support, including setup, moves, configuration changes, and toner/ink supply management
- →Support mobile device management (MDM)
- →Troubleshoot, configure, and support handheld barcode scanners
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for helpdesk calls
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for chat-based technical support
