About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Administration Specialist to manage promotional plans and support sales operations. This role involves coordinating between sales, finance, and accounting teams to optimize our trade promotion management system.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage full lifecycle of promotional plans in our trade promotion management system (TPM)
- →Conduct regular status and activity calls with Sales Account Executives
- →Handle promotional plan entry, rework, and edits
- →Validate volume forecast adjustments and resolve pricing discrepancies
- →Address deduction and invoice resolution issues
- →Manage customer portal requirements including entry and deal management
- →Complete and submit sales administration forms such as new item forms and cost change forms
- →Create and communicate promotional sell sheets
- →Maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures for assigned regions and customers
- →Partner with sales, FP&A, and accounting to optimize our TPM platform
- →Oversee promotional spending activity with internal and external parties
- →Investigate customer deductions and resolve outstanding payments
- →Provide support to Sales Account Executives during business unit sales planning meetings
- →Maintain organized archives of work and supporting documentation
- →Identify tactical implications for changing business conditions and execute solutions
- →Attend up to 5 sales/team meetings per year with minimal overnight travel
