About the Role
We are seeking a strategic professional to lead brand planning and growth initiatives. This role will drive innovation across product development and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the 5-year brand planning process, including calendar development, cross-functional alignment, and execution of integrated marketing plans
- →Develop and maintain compelling brand positioning and USPs, ensuring consistency across all campaigns, packaging, and consumer touchpoints
- →Provide strategic and creative direction to internal creative agency and external partners
- →Identify and drive innovation opportunities across product, packaging, formats, and consumer occasions
- →Lead new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization
- →Explore adjacent category opportunities and new consumption occasions
- →Collaborate with Retail Sales, On-Premise, eCommerce, and Trade Marketing
- →Utilize category data, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities
- →Monitor state of business including distribution, share, promotional effectiveness, and category trends
- →Build business cases and strategic recommendations for leadership
- →Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Product Development, and external partners
- →Manage agency and vendor relationships and oversee marketing budgets
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in brand strategy and planning
- ✓Strong background in innovation leadership and new product development
- ✓Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
- ✓Deep understanding of market analysis and consumer insights
- ✓Experience with marketing budget management and agency oversight
- ✓Strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- ✓Track record of successful brand positioning and growth initiatives
- ✓Strong analytical skills with ability to track performance metrics
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- ✓Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management or related field
