About the Role
We are looking for a Software Developer to join the Teleflora team. This role involves analyzing reported problems, implementing code changes, and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform detailed analysis of reported problems
- →Provide management with proposed solutions to reported problems
- →Identify and communicate potential issues and improvements
- →Implement code changes to address reported problems or new improvements
- →Work closely with Teleflora QA staff for issue identification and bug resolution
- →Document bug reports and their resolutions using Teleflora procedures
- →Provide tier 1 support for Teleflora customer support as needed
- →Maintain current source code, documentation, and version control
- →Ensure compliance with application software policy and standards
- →Handle sensitive data according to company policies
- →Meet performance standards established by management
- →Provide coding and integration skills to meet deliverable due dates
- →Perform data conversions from other floral applications
- →Communicate and provide technical documentation
- →Offer developer support to other Teleflora projects as needed
- →Ensure activities comply with IT standards and procedures
