About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analytics Project Manager to join AHEAD, a company that builds platforms for digital business. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence within the Data Analytics organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create, organize, and manage internal projects in Jira, ensuring accurate tracking of tasks and timelines.
- →Develop and maintain processes for team time tracking and reporting to improve resource allocation and productivity.
- →Coordinate and deliver clear communications regarding releases, updates, and initiatives from the Data Analytics organization.
- →Define and manage project workstreams, schedules, and lead meetings to track progress, action items, and risks.
- →Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- →Document operational processes and maintain SOPs for internal projects.
- →Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- →Ensure adherence to organizational standards, processes, and policies.
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- ✓Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools.
- ✓Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- ✓Skilled in creating clear, concise documentation and communications for diverse audiences.
- ✓Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- ✓3+ years of experience in project management or operations within a technology or analytics environment.
- ✓Experience with Jira administration and reporting.
- ✓Familiarity with time tracking tools and processes.
- ✓PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills.
