About the Role

We are looking for an Identity Focused Security Architect to join AHEAD. This hands-on delivery leader role involves designing and leading identity solution implementations in client environments, focusing on Microsoft identity, IGA, and modern authentication patterns.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead identity workstreams from discovery through implementation and closeout
→Design and deliver Microsoft identity solutions with a focus on Active Directory and Entra ID
→Drive technical approaches for modern authentication and federation capabilities
→Lead IGA-focused deliverables including lifecycle processes and access control models
→Provide client-facing consulting and technical leadership
→Coordinate delivery across client stakeholders
→Produce clear architecture diagrams and implementation plans

Requirements

✓Strong Microsoft identity architecture and implementation experience, especially Active Directory and Entra ID
✓Hands-on IGA knowledge and delivery experience in real client environments
✓Strong understanding of access control methodologies: RBAC, ABAC, PBAC
✓Strong authentication expertise: SSO, MFA, passwordless
✓Demonstrated ability to lead implementation, not just advise
✓Proven client-facing consulting capability
