Thinkingbox London is seeking a junior-to-midweight designer to join their growing team. This role involves working on a mix of brand, campaign, and digital projects, with a focus on high-level craft and innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop brand identities and design systems
- →Create campaign worlds and key visuals
- →Design social-first assets for various formats
- →Produce decks and toolkits with studio-level care
- →Conduct early explorations, moodboards, and visual directions
- →Collaborate with motion/film teams to translate design into animation
Requirements
- ✓Junior to midweight experience in a studio or agency setting
- ✓A portfolio demonstrating taste, layout, typography, and hierarchy
- ✓Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, ID, AE)
- ✓Strong motion awareness (After Effects or strong motion instincts)
- ✓Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and maintain organized files
- ✓Curiosity and a keen eye for detail
