As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll play an important role in supporting our recruitment operations for the Japan region. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner and the Head of TA, you’ll help us identify, engage, and onboard the next generation of high-performing professionals who will drive Third Bridge’s growth.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn how an international recruitment team operates and to develop key skills in communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment Operations & Candidate Engagement
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, casual calls with candidates and data management.
• Manage job postings across internal and external job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, OpenWork, JPort, university portals).
Market Research & Reporting
• Conduct research on hiring trends, competitor benchmarks, and university partnership opportunities.
• Help compile recruitment metrics and prepare weekly or monthly reports for leadership meetings.
Campus & Employer Branding Support
• Assist in planning and executing university events, such as career fairs, info sessions, and workshops.
• Help create content for recruitment campaigns and social media (e.g., LinkedIn posts, event recaps, visuals).
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners in Japan to ensure smooth candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and cross-country coordination initiatives.
