About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to join Thirdfort, a company protecting society from fraud and money laundering. This role involves being a hands-on contributor while also supporting and coaching a small SDR team to consistently generate qualified demos and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate qualified meetings through outbound and inbound follow-up
- →Lead by example on research, messaging, and multi-channel prospecting
- →Support SDRs through coaching, shadowing, role plays, and performance feedback
- →Build and maintain the team’s operating cadence
- →Own SDR reporting and dashboards
- →Improve sales development processes and data hygiene
- →Test and roll out best practices to increase conversion rates
- →Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on ICP and messaging
- →Support hiring and onboarding for new SDRs
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of professional experience, preferably at a high-growth software company
- ✓Experience of high achievement in a prospecting role
- ✓Leadership experience in a high-growth environment
- ✓Experience with CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- ✓Experience with prospecting tools like Outreach, Gong or SalesLoft
- ✓Growth mindset and excitement in driving growth
- ✓Ability to create and implement effective training programs
- ✓Ability to coach and hold team members accountable
- ✓Solid understanding of reporting, forecasting, and B2B sales processes
- ✓Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
