About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Thoughtworks. This role focuses on ensuring successful project delivery through effective planning, collaboration, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage multiple project workstreams and create an environment of trust that enables autonomous teams to work effectively
→Oversee release plans for iterative and incremental delivery of value
→Bring innovative ideas to project management to deliver exceptional business value
→Orchestrate the design and build of critical and complex custom-designed business applications
→Propose and deliver high-value delivery roadmaps and plans that support client business strategies
→Ensure that the delivered value is explicit and well understood by clients and teams
→Set up project processes in line with agile best practices
→Drive towards impactful business outcomes through leveraged leadership
→Navigate organizational structures and politics effectively to drive expected outcomes

Requirements

✓Ample experience managing large, complex projects with end-to-end responsibility
✓Adept with release planning, estimation, capacity planning, proposal building, contract negotiation
✓Experience with various software development approaches and ability to consult clients
✓Belief in flat hierarchy and experience facilitating collaborative sessions
✓Experience managing distributed or co-located teams
✓Adept with team management and team growth plans
✓Comfortable working with senior client leaders and company leadership teams
