We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team at Thoughtworks. This role involves collaborating with various professionals to design software solutions that create meaningful change for clients. Key Responsibilities
- →Learn and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD, pair programming, and design patterns
- →Use continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to end customers

- →Collaborate with teammates to build features, design concepts, and interactive prototypes
- →Partner with other technologists to advocate and demonstrate DevOps culture

Requirements
- ✓Two or more years of experience
- ✓Experience using Nodejs + React with Object-Oriented programming
- ✓Ability to write clean, high-quality code and improve bad code
- ✓Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery
- ✓Good awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches/tools
- ✓Bonus points for knowledge of cloud technology like AWS/Azure
- ✓Thrive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment
- ✓Passion for learning and sharing knowledge
- ✓Resilience in ambiguous situations and ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives
