About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to drive core performance and scale Thumbtack’s Paid Social program. This role will manage high-impact paid campaigns across multiple platforms and contribute to the growth of key channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and scale Thumbtack’s Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit
- →Responsible for in-house campaign management and optimizations, including budget pacing, bid optimization, and creative iteration
- →Build and implement Paid Social testing roadmaps with cross-functional partners
- →Identify and execute opportunities for channel expansion and scaling newer platforms
- →Track, QA, report, and measure Paid Social performance
- →Partner with analytics, product, and marketing tech teams to build automated tools
- →Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to develop performance-driven creative
- →Partner with external agency and platform relationships to ensure Thumbtack remains on the leading edge of social marketing
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience managing, scaling, and evolving paid social programs
- ✓Proven success managing complex Paid Social campaigns and optimizations
- ✓Deep platform and technical expertise in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms
- ✓Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and experience with incrementality, A/B testing, and attribution frameworks
- ✓Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets
- ✓Confident communicator with experience collaborating with cross-functional partners
- ✓Comfort in a fast-paced, high-stakes growth environment
