About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Product Operations Manager to join Tide’s Payments Product Operations team. This role involves overseeing key payment products in the UK market and collaborating with various teams including member support, financial crime, finance, tech, product, suppliers, and Tide Members.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support Product Managers in managing cross-functional technical projects
- →Engage with external partners to agree on SLAs and performance
- →Interact with VP level and present research to internal and external audiences
- →Act as the voice of the customer to define a smooth experience
- →Provide support to the rest of Operations worldwide
Requirements
- ✓At least four years of work experience in finance, consulting, technology, or operations
- ✓Good understanding of the UK financial market
- ✓Organized and able to deliver complex projects across multiple work streams
- ✓Responsible and proactive in improving processes
- ✓Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- ✓Resilient and customer-focused
