ABOUT THE TEAM:
The People Partnering team at Tide plays a pivotal role in driving business success by acting as strategic advisors and coaches to leaders at all levels. We provide expert guidance on organisational design, talent development, employee relations, and engagement, ensuring a positive and high-performance culture. Embedded within the business, we use data-driven insights to shape policies, pre-empt workforce challenges, and lead high-impact initiatives that enable Tideans to do work they love.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
β’ Acting as a trusted partner to leaders up to Director level, supporting organisational design, workforce planning, performance, and engagement initiatives that enable team effectiveness and growth.
β’ Partnering closely with managers and senior leaders to improve engagement, performance, and retention through data-informed insights and thoughtful action planning.
β’ Leading and contributing to high-impact People projects within your client group, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned to business priorities.
β’ Managing a wide range of employee relations cases independently, using sound judgement to balance business needs with fairness and consistency.
β’ Using people data (e.g. engagement, attrition, DEI, compa-ratio) to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and recommend practical solutions to stakeholders.
β’ Supporting and executing core People processes (e.g. performance cycles, talent reviews), ensuring a high-quality and consistent experience across your client group.
β’ Coaching managers on day-to-day people topics including performance management, team dynamics, and development, building their confidence and capability.
β’ Supporting organisational design and talent planning conversations, ensuring teams are structured effectively for current and future needs.
β’ Driving adoption of People initiatives by tailoring central programmes to your client group and ensuring successful rollout.
β’ Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture by embedding DEI principles into people practices and decisions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
β’ 4β7 years of HR Business Partnering experience, including exposure to senior stakeholders (Head of / Director level).
β’ Experience partnering within fast-paced, technology or product-led organisations.
β’ Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, including employee relations, performance management, and engagement practices.
β’ Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices in relevant regions (e.g. Europe).
β’ Ability to use people data and metrics to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
β’ Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect people initiatives to business outcomes.
β’ Confident communicator with the ability to coach, influence, and build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, execute independently, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Good judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
β’ Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams and continuously improving ways of working.
