About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join the Member Accession Marketing team at Tide. This role involves conducting hypothesis-driven deep dives into product data to identify user pain points and propose actionable solutions, leading product experimentation efforts, and collaborating with product teams to establish and measure KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct hypothesis-driven deep dives into existing product data to identify user pain points and propose actionable solutions
- →Lead hypothesis-driven exploration to uncover new product opportunities and validate them through data analysis
- →Lead product experimentation efforts, designing and analysing tests to build confidence in features
- →Collaborate with product teams to establish and measure KPIs that reflect the impact of new features
- →Work with product managers to translate conversion and revenue goals into business KPIs
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, preferably within digital or Fintech products
- ✓Experience in onboarding and acquisition combined with experience in revenue optimisation
- ✓Strong SQL/Python proficiency
- ✓Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution and continuous iteration
- ✓Familiarity with key product metrics such as LTV, CAC, conversion rates, churn, and retention
- ✓Experience capturing stakeholder requirements and building appropriate analytical solutions
- ✓Comfortable in leading and solving vague and ambiguous problems with minimal guidance
- ✓Good communication and presentation skills
- ✓Self-starter with a high degree of independence and a strong ownership mindset
