About the Role

We are looking for an Analyst to join our team at Tide, acting as a thought partner to Product Managers to shape product direction through rigorous experimentation, structured problem-solving, and deep behavioural insight.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct hypothesis-driven deep dives into existing product data to identify user pain points and propose actionable solutions
→Lead hypothesis-driven exploration to uncover new product opportunities and validate them through data analysis
→Design and analyze product experiments to build confidence in features
→Establish and measure KPIs that reflect the impact of new features
→Translate conversion and revenue goals into business KPIs

Requirements

✓6+ years of experience in Product Analytics, ideally within digital, SaaS, or Fintech environments
✓Strong experience across onboarding, activation, acquisition, and revenue optimisation
✓Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
✓Strong understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle and expertise in A/B testing and causal inference
✓Familiarity with key product and commercial metrics such as LTV, CAC, conversion, retention, churn, and incremental revenue
✓Experience partnering closely with Product Managers to influence roadmap decisions
✓Ability to translate stakeholder goals into clear analytical frameworks and measurable KPIs
✓Strong communication and storytelling skills
✓Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset
✓Proven ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships
