About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst for Commercial Services to join Tide, a company transforming small business banking. This role involves managing commercial services operations, analyzing product performance, and driving process improvements across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support end-to-end operational management of Tide’s Commercial Services products and partnerships
- →Monitor operational performance across markets and identify improvement opportunities
- →Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners on operational matters
- →Manage operational workflows related to product onboarding and member servicing
- →Analyze product performance, operational metrics, and member feedback
- →Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and operational performance
- →Own and deliver cross-functional operational projects related to new product launches
- →Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Financial Crime teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- →Partner with Member Support teams to analyze member queries and pain points
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, fintech, or financial services
- ✓Experience managing products, partnerships, or operational processes in fintech
- ✓Data-driven with experience using Excel and analytics tools
- ✓Highly organized with ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects
- ✓Experience supporting product launches and operational scaling
- ✓Proactive and solution-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- ✓Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Experience working with global markets (UK or Europe) is a plus
