About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Member Experience team at Tide. This role will be at the heart of driving data-informed decisions that enhance the member-facing experience across our suite of products for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct hypothesis-driven deep dives into product usage data to identify user pain points and propose actionable solutions
- →Lead product experimentation efforts, designing and analysing tests to build confidence in new features
- →Collaborate with product teams to establish and measure KPIs for new features
- →Perform data deep dives to uncover opportunities for enhancing user experiences
- →Translate experience goals into business KPIs and enable seamless KPI reporting
- →Establish correlations between engagement-driven products and member longevity
- →Design experiments that drive product adoption based on user behaviour insights
- →Partner with technical teams to deliver a self-serve analytics platform
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of analytics experience, preferably in a high-growth product or SaaS company
- ✓Strong commercial mindset with an instinct for prioritising projects based on business impact
- ✓Ability to create clarity from ambiguity and lead structured thinking in fast-paced environments
- ✓Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering change through insight
- ✓Experience working with Product teams on front-end experience initiatives
- ✓Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and using Python for analysis
- ✓Ability to turn raw data into clear business stories
- ✓Self-driven with a proactive approach to work
