We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Analyst to join our team at Tide. This role focuses on driving operational excellence across recruiting systems, processes, and projects, ensuring efficient and scalable hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• →Act as a critical support function within the Recruitment Operations team, driving operational excellence across recruiting systems, processes, and projects
• →Serve as the first point of contact for recruiter support, resolving system and process queries efficiently
• →Manage and coordinate vendor relationships with recruiting system partners
• →Support and coordinate recruitment-related projects and cross-functional initiatives
• →Drive continuous improvement across recruiting processes and tools to improve efficiency and scalability
• →Own basic data reporting and insights to support Talent Acquisition decision-making
• →Train recruiters and stakeholders on recruiting systems and tools
• →Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation to enable scalable and repeatable recruiting operations
• →Collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
