THE OPPORTUNITY: BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER, CASHALO
We're hiring a Business Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of Cashalo, Tilt's Philippines lending business. This role sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and emerging technology β driving high-impact initiatives, building data-driven insights, and deploying AI-powered workflows that unlock capacity across the business.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with direct exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to shape how the company operates at scale.
This is a hybrid role based in Manila, requiring you to be based in the office 2-3 days/week.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve quality, reduce operational defects, and increase scalability across the business.
- Build and maintain reporting rhythms and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into CS health, KPIs, and emerging risks.
- Translate operational data and ad-hoc analyses into structured, actionable recommendations that drive leadership-level decision-making.
- Step into the company's highest-priority, most ambiguous problems β structuring the issue, forming a clear point of view, and driving execution through to resolution.
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work, improve decision velocity, and unlock team capacity across functions.
- Partner with functional leads to identify high-value AI use cases and build the enablement infrastructure that makes adoption stick.
WHY YOU'RE A GREAT FIT
- 5+ years' experience in business operations, management consulting, strategy, or a similarly analytical, project-driven role (fintech or high-growth startup experience a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution without a lot of hand-holding.
- Strong analytical skills β comfortable with data manipulation, pivot tables, and basic statistical analysis (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL or BI tools a plus).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.) and genuine curiosity about how AI can improve how teams work.
- Exceptional communication skills β able to influence, present, and write at a leadership level.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work through influence in a cross-functional, remote-first environment.
