About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join Tilt, a mobile-first financial services company that uses machine learning to recognize real potential beyond credit scores. This role will lead our line of credit products through a period of rapid growth, scaling existing products and launching new ones.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish the roadmap and strategy for line of credit products at Tilt
- →Launch and scale a new line of credit product within the first 6 months
- →Work closely with Design, Engineering, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success teams
- →Build a culture of measurement, iteration, and continuous improvement
- →Establish dashboards, feedback loops, and ongoing optimization
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years leading complex financial products
- ✓Analytical skills with SQL and experience working with Data Science and ML teams
- ✓Experience running user research and collaborating with design
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to balance short-term impact with long-term investment
