Senior Product Manager, Card Product Strategy at Tilthq

About the Role

This role sits at the center of Tilt’s card business, defining the strategy behind card products and ensuring they drive meaningful customer outcomes and profitable growth. You’ll own the strategy for Tilt Essentials, our newest card product, and partner across product, credit, marketing, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• →Set the card product strategy, defining target segments, value propositions, fee structures, rewards, and perks
• →Champion Tilt Essentials, leading the strategic push to prove it can work at scale
• →Guide execution by translating strategy into in-market changes that improve customer experience
• →Drive profitable growth by partnering with acquisition credit, growth marketing, and brand marketing
• →Advocate for cardmembers by influencing teams across the business to deliver better outcomes
• →Balance trust and rigor by shaping policies and products that reflect Tilt’s belief in people
• →Use data, insight, and intuition to connect customer behavior, product performance, and long-term strategy
