About the Role
Join the engineering team at Tines, responsible for building our Records solution for data capture, structure, query, and visualization in automation workflows. You'll enhance data management capabilities and work on features providing analytics and insights to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive impactful changes in the codebase and see them live in production quickly
- →Work closely with design and product teams to create and evolve our product
- →Write and review high-quality, well-tested code for a stable product
- →Identify areas for improvement in the codebase and team processes
- →Take full ownership of problems and software solutions from development to production
- →Mentor other engineers across the organization
Requirements
- ✓6+ years as a professional software engineer with a proven track record
- ✓Direct experience building and delivering software using high-level programming languages
- ✓Comfortable working with technical complexity at the level of a command-line app
- ✓Ability to learn and adapt to our main languages (Ruby and TypeScript)
- ✓Focus on foundational skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- ✓Willingness to work across our stack with a focus on high-volume data
- ✓Commitment to working reasonable hours and avoiding burnout
