About the Role

Titan Wealth is seeking a Business Analyst to support major change programmes and post-acquisition integrations. This role involves working across business and technology teams to deliver leading wealth management services.

Key Responsibilities

• →Support major change programmes and post-acquisition integrations from discovery through to implementation and stabilisation
• →Work with programme and project leads to structure workstreams, clarify scope, and define measurable outcomes
• →Support operating-model design across people, process, technology, governance, and third-party services
• →Lead business analysis activity across multiple concurrent initiatives
• →Elicit, analyse, and document business needs using a range of techniques
• →Produce high-quality artefacts including business cases, problem statements, current/future-state processes, requirements, options assessments, and benefits definitions
• →Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for technology and operational teams
• →Support solution design, ensuring traceability back to business objectives
• →Act as a bridge between business, operations, compliance, finance, and technology teams
• →Facilitate workshops and working groups with stakeholders at all levels
• →Support M&A activity including target operating model design, Day-1 readiness, carve-outs, migrations, and business separations
• →Map legacy and target-state processes and support data, platform, and service transitions
• →Support programme governance through RAID logs, dependency mapping, and change impact assessments
