About the Role

We are looking for a FinTech Program Manager to join our team at Toast. This role is responsible for supporting and scaling FinTech business lines, seeking and developing opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency across FinTech.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead and manage across cross-functional teams to drive success of major programs, manage stakeholders and drive key decisions and outcomes
→Manage and support operational relationships with external payments partners and seek opportunities to improve partnership performance
→Develop detailed program plans and lead implementation, scoping requirements, identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements and operational excellence
→Drive implementation of large-scale and high-impact programs within the FinTech payments business
→Support the partner incident management lifecycle, including managing the customer reimbursement process as needed
→Design and develop frameworks for cross-functional teams to efficiently launch new initiatives and increase efficiency of existing operational processes

Requirements

✓5-7+ years of relevant experience, including consulting, financial services and/or similar experience at a high-growth technology company
✓Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred fields include Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Quantitative Science
✓Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
✓Startup or similar high-growth experience; ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
✓Excellent critical-thinking skills with ability to structure and solve complex business problems
