About the Role

This role leads a team of Project Managers responsible for the end-to-end delivery of enablement and education initiatives for new launches and features at Toast. Reporting to the Director of Centralized Enablement, this position provides operational oversight across planning, execution, and launch, ensuring clear inputs, defined success criteria, aligned timelines, and strong cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

→Leads and develops a team of Project Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and strategic direction
→Collaborates with leaders in Product & Engineering Go-to-Market Teams, Customer Care, Onboarding, and Customer Success
→Oversees the enablement project portfolio, managing capacity, prioritization, and delivery timelines
→Ensures all projects define clear input → behavior → output metrics tied to measurable business outcomes
→Owns standardized project frameworks (intake, prioritization, metrics tracking) to ensure consistency

Requirements

✓Minimum of 4 years experience in Enablement, Project Management, Consulting, Product Management or Operations
✓3+ years of people management experience, with proven ability to coach and develop project managers
✓Knowledge of SaaS release processes
✓Proven ability to analyze trends and recommend solutions for complicated business needs
✓Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives
✓Passionate about technology, hospitality, and developing people
