About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to be our foundational design presence in the UK. You will be the primary advocate for the UK and London restaurant ecosystem, decoding unique operational challenges of British hospitality and translating them into world-class product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with product, engineering, and research to understand users and translate that understanding into thoughtful, intuitive product experiences.
→Design end-to-end workflows across responsive web and native mobile, delivering clear wireframes, flows, prototypes, and design specs.
→Simplify complex operator workflows so restaurants can manage menus, locations, and configurations with clarity.
→Contribute to the evolution of AI-driven tools that help operators make better decisions.
→Apply systems thinking to design platform-level experiences, ensuring they scale coherently across product lines.
→Partner with the Design System team to ensure consistency and long-term extensibility.
→Participate in design critiques and reviews, giving and receiving feedback.
→Support research activities, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
→Collaborate with localization and international teams to ensure designs are culturally appropriate.
→Advocate for customer-centered design, elevating user needs and maintaining a high bar of craft.

Requirements

✓Experience designing holistic, end-to-end product experiences.
✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactively seeking clarity and adapting as responsibilities evolve.
✓Designing at a systems level with comfort contributing to and shaping design systems.
✓Fluency in user-centered design methods and research literacy to ground design decisions in insights and data.
✓Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to build trust and influence partners across disciplines.
✓Enduring sense of curiosity with a desire to continuously learn and evolve.
✓Advanced proficiency in Figma and other prototyping or design collaboration tools.
✓Passion for creating intuitive, delightful experiences that feel native across platforms and regions.
