About the Role
We are looking for an AI CSM Product Manager to join Toast's AI team. This role focuses on defining and scaling the AI-powered Customer Success Manager for Toast customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the vision and roadmap for the AI CSM
- →Identify customer moments where AI can drive improvements
- →Partner with GTM, Care, and CSM teams to design a hybrid success model
- →Develop experimentation frameworks to evaluate impact
- →Define quality standards for AI-driven guidance
- →Work with AI/ML, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ship experiences
- →Establish feedback loops to improve agent performance
- →Ensure responsible AI practices
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of product management experience
- ✓Experience launching 0→1 products
- ✓Experience building products with behavioral data or recommendation engines
- ✓Strong understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle metrics
- ✓Technical fluency with ML engineers, data models, and AI systems
- ✓Strong systems thinking
- ✓Proven ability to operate cross-functionally
- ✓Deep customer mindset
