About the Role
Toast is seeking a Product Manager for Network Engineering to drive strategy and execution across our managed networking stack. You will partner with Engineering, Hardware Ops, Care/Onboarding, and Security & Compliance teams to deliver platform capabilities that improve restaurant uptime, accelerate onboarding, and reduce operational burden.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop product strategy and roadmap for Toast-managed networking across hardware, firmware, dashboards, observability, and support tooling
- →Own end-to-end connectivity experiences and build next-generation management tools for Toast networking devices
- →Discover customer pain points and drive for high-quality feature requests
- →Develop Product Requirements Documents to drive hardware development
- →Deeply understand the competitive landscape and strategize resource allocation
- →Lead by influence, working with product, UX, engineering, and operations teams
- →Work with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success teams to execute launches
- →Source new networking products and drive internal and external qualification
- →Analyze and track product KPIs to understand hardware performance
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Product Management experience
- ✓Proven ability to lead products at the intersection of software, hardware, and operations
- ✓Strong technical fluency in networking fundamentals
- ✓Track record of shipping products that improve reliability and efficiency
- ✓Excellent cross-functional leadership skills
