As an Enterprise Senior Product Manager, you will lead teams dedicated to solving mission-critical technology challenges for Toastβs largest and most complex customers. You will drive the roadmap and delivery of strategic features, integrations, and platform offerings that unlock long-term business value.
About this Roll:*
β’ Strategy & Roadmap: Own the long-term strategic roadmap to improve product-market fit for Enterprise and Mid-Market customers.
β’ Agile Execution: Actively manage backlogs through creation, prioritization, and grooming of user stories in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Tech Savvy: Experience defining technical requirements for APIs, webhooks, and data models to support complex integrations
β’ Operational Excellence: Monitor process and system health metrics to ensure optimal quality and delivery velocity.
β’ Stakeholder Management: Update internal and external stakeholders on roadmap progress and collaborate with R&D Enablement to communicate product updates. Ability to speak the same language as client and enterprise development teams, CTOs and architects.
β’ Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Solutions) and evangelize product capabilities across the broader R&D organization.
Do you have the right ingredients?*
β’ Experience: 7+ years of senior-level Product Management experience, specifically within the Enterprise software lifecycleβfrom ideation to delivery.
β’ Collaboration: Proven track record of working directly with customers, external development teams, and business partners to ensure alignment.
β’ Soft Skills: Strong program management and communication skills with a bias toward action.
β’ Problem Solving: Ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and solve complex problems using analytical skills.
β’ Relationship Building: Experience driving cross-team initiatives and building relationships across diverse personalities.
Special Sauce:
β’ Customer Mastery: Background in software development, account management or client development for Enterprise customers.
β’ Influence: Ability to lead through advocacy and influence without direct authority.
β’ Domain Expertise: Knowledge of the restaurant and hospitality industry a plus; familiarity with Enterprise security standards (SSO, OAuth) and large-scale data architecture
