Senior Product Manager at Toast

As an Enterprise Senior Product Manager, you will lead teams dedicated to solving mission-critical technology challenges for Toast’s largest and most complex customers. You will drive the roadmap and delivery of strategic features, integrations, and platform offerings that unlock long-term business value. About this Roll:* • Strategy & Roadmap: Own the long-term strategic roadmap to improve product-market fit for Enterprise and Mid-Market customers. • Agile Execution: Actively manage backlogs through creation, prioritization, and grooming of user stories in a fast-paced environment. • Tech Savvy: Experience defining technical requirements for APIs, webhooks, and data models to support complex integrations • Operational Excellence: Monitor process and system health metrics to ensure optimal quality and delivery velocity. • Stakeholder Management: Update internal and external stakeholders on roadmap progress and collaborate with R&D Enablement to communicate product updates. Ability to speak the same language as client and enterprise development teams, CTOs and architects. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Solutions) and evangelize product capabilities across the broader R&D organization. Do you have the right ingredients?* • Experience: 7+ years of senior-level Product Management experience, specifically within the Enterprise software lifecycle—from ideation to delivery. • Collaboration: Proven track record of working directly with customers, external development teams, and business partners to ensure alignment. • Soft Skills: Strong program management and communication skills with a bias toward action. • Problem Solving: Ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and solve complex problems using analytical skills. • Relationship Building: Experience driving cross-team initiatives and building relationships across diverse personalities.
