About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive business growth at TOKU. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying leads to connect with decision-makers and initiate high-value commercial conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Research and prospect target accounts in B2B markets
- →Execute multi-channel contact sequences via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- →Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (industry, size, pain points, fit, etc.)
- →Schedule meetings with decision-makers for Account Executives
- →Attend events to generate leads
- →Record all activities in the CRM and maintain updated and organized information
- →Share market insights and help iterate on the sales playbook
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in demand generation and B2B sales
- ✓Experience developing relationships with both internal and external clients
- ✓Experience using tools like Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lusha, Apollo, or similar
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓High organizational skills, follow-up capabilities, and ability to manage multiple accounts
- ✓Proactive attitude, commercial curiosity, and resilience
