About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Mexico. This role contributes uniquely to company growth by acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, and helping them maximize the value they receive from Toku.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand Toku's technological products and how they create value for different clients
- →Identify technical challenges for product integration with clients via API or SFTP
- →Propose new features to clients to enhance product functionality in their specific operations
- →Develop a roadmap or pipeline of clients to work with based on product understanding
- →Maintain proper operation and technical functioning of integrations and features
- →Proactively identify and resolve issues to provide excellent customer service
- →Collaborate with development teams and other departments to solve complex problems
- →Identify opportunities that drive business results and ensure client success
Requirements
- ✓Availability to work in our offices with 50% on-site presence
- ✓Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about technology and client integration
- ✓Strong interest in technical aspects and interpersonal relationships to identify and offer effective solutions
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
