Role Overview
Toloka is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive event-led demand generation and support our enterprise sales motion in North America. This role will own the planning and execution of industry events, executive roundtables, sponsorships, and community engagements that generate high-quality pipeline for our sales team. You will work closely with Sales leadership to identify the right events, design impactful programs, and ensure strong follow-up on leads generated through field marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys owning the full lifecycle of marketing eventsβfrom strategy and logistics to measuring pipeline impact.
What Youβll Do
Own the strategy and execution of field marketing initiatives across North America, including industry conferences, sponsorships, executive roundtables, and private events.
Identify high-impact industry events and opportunities that align with Tolokaβs target accounts and enterprise sales strategy
Plan and execute end-to-end event programs, including logistics, venue selection, partner coordination, invitations, and on-site execution.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align event participation with active deals and target accounts.
Design invite-only experiences such as executive dinners, workshops, and community gatherings that foster meaningful engagement with key stakeholders.
Ensure strong lead capture and post-event follow-up, enabling sales teams to convert engagement into qualified opportunities.
Track and report on event performance, including MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline influenced by field marketing programs.
Partner with internal teams to amplify event impact through content, social promotion, and thought leadership opportunities.
Continuously evaluate event ROI and optimize the field marketing strategy based on performance insights.
What Youβve Done
6β10+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
Proven track record of executing industry events, conferences, sponsorships, and executive roundtables that generate measurable pipeline.
Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams to support deal progression and target account engagement.
Strong operational skills with the ability to manage event logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines.
Experience measuring event impact through MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generation, and campaign performance metrics.
Background in AI, developer tools, data platforms, or enterprise technology is strongly preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional teams.
Fluent English and strong communication skills.
Based in North America with the ability to travel frequently for events.
