TomTom’s Orbis NDS.Live is central to this shift, providing runtime map services that enable next‑generation connected vehicle experiences for leading automotive OEMs and technology partners.
As Product Manager for Orbis NDS.Live offering, you will develop the multi-year product roadmap grounded in a deep understanding of automotive technology and customer needs.
What you’ll do
•
Becoming the in‑house expert on map streaming technology, with a comprehensive view of the market landscape (suppliers, offerings, and commercial terms).
•
Leading product discovery and providing insights from both business and customer perspectives.
•
Creating a clear and compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for features and tools that unlock customer use cases and being accountable for execution and delivery.
•
Working directly with multiple stakeholder teams, translating customer and feature needs into clear requirements for content, metrics, and processes.
•
Collaborating closely and consistently with engineering teams in the definition and delivery of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
•
Defining well‑researched goals and success metrics, with a clear connection to overall product and company strategy.
•
Operating in a self‑directed manner with limited supervision, establishing yourself as a trusted subject‑matter expert and go‑to partner for stakeholders.
What you’ll need
•
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager, preferably in geospatial, engineering, or automotive domains.
•
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
•
Familiarity with autonomous driving concepts, technologies, and regulations (preferred).
•
Experience or technical training in data science, analytics, or related disciplines.
•
Strong ability to understand, articulate, and represent customer needs and requirements.
•
Proven ability to coordinate people and technical resources across multiple teams.
•
Effective time management and strong interpersonal communication skills.
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with senior technical and executive audiences.
•
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
•
Strong problem‑solving skills and creative, structured thinking.
