Currently, we are looking for an experienced Content & Personal Brand Manager to join one of toogezaβs clients.
Who Youβll Work With
You will work directly with a high-performing athlete and entrepreneur based in Cyprus, building a personal brand in the fitness and wellness space.
The focus is on scaling projects around lifestyle, nutrition, online coaching, social media, and digital products.
About the Role
Your focus will be on:
- Managing and growing social media (Instagram)
- Supporting personal brand development through execution
- Assisting in the launch and coordination of digital products
This is a hands-on role where your main goal is to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to day-to-day processes and ongoing initiatives.
You will also coordinate with external specialists (designers, developers, etc.), ensuring smooth and timely execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media & Content:
- Own and drive social media growth (primarily Instagram)
- Plan content, generate ideas (Reels, posts, stories), and manage content calendar
- Monitor trends, analyze performance, and suggest improvements
Digital Products & Online Programs:
- Support launching and scaling digital products (online programs, educational initiatives)
- Assist in structuring program content and user journey
- Support client acquisition and help organize online program processes
- Track results, feedback, and help systematize insights
- Coordinate work with developers and other external specialists
Personal Brand & Growth:
- Research and initiate collaborations, partnerships, and ambassador opportunities
- Communicate with brands and partners
- Support preparation of presentations and materials
- Identify relevant events, competitions, and visibility opportunities
Operations & Coordination:
- Conduct research on market, competitors, and relevant solutions
- Support coordination of external specialists (coaches, nutritionists, etc.)
- Help organize and structure new initiatives and projects
- Ensure tasks are tracked, prioritized, and delivered on time
REQUIREMENTS
- 2β4+ years of experience in Brand/Content, Social Media, or Marketing roles
- Hands-on experience with Instagram: content planning, formats (Reels, posts, stories), and content workflows
- Understanding of how to grow and engage an audience through content (trends, formats, consistency)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
- Experience working with digital products, online programs, or content-based projects
- Experience coordinating external specialists (designers, developers, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills: ability to structure tasks, timelines, and processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things on track
- Strong research skills: ability to analyze competitors, trends, and identify ideas for growth
- Proactive and hands-on approach, with ownership of tasks and initiatives
- Confident use of Google Docs/Sheets; Canva or similar tools is a plus
