About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager of Demand Generation to lead TOPdesk's global Demand Generation team. This role involves scaling paid and automation programs, owning measurement and attribution, and coaching a distributed team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage, mentor and grow a distributed team of paid search, paid media, adtech/analytics and marketing automation specialists
- →Define and execute multi-channel paid acquisition strategies aligned to funnel stages and GTM priorities
- →Own lead nurture, scoring and campaign triggers working with HubSpot specialists
- →Ensure robust tracking and data quality (GTM, GA4), drive cross-channel attribution
- →Own budget allocation, pacing and vendor/agency relationships for global and regional paid activity
- →Standardize dashboards and KPIs, translate campaign performance into actionable insights
- →Work closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Web/UX, Field Marketing and RevOps to align messaging
Requirements
- ✓Experience leading paid search, paid media, adtech/analytics and marketing automation teams
- ✓Strong understanding of multi-channel paid acquisition strategies
- ✓Experience with HubSpot, GTM, GA4 and performance reporting tools
- ✓Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively
- ✓Experience with cross-functional collaboration and alignment
- ✓Strong leadership and coaching skills
