Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- β6+ years of customer-facing experience with at least 1 year of direct people management
- βAbility to provide clear feedback and support team development
- βStrong prioritization skills with urgency in high-urgency environments
- βExperience in metrics-driven operational roles supporting onboarding or activation
- βData-driven decision making abilities
- βComfort working with ticketing systems and repeatable workflows
- βExperience guiding teams through change
- βBonus: experience with small business customers, Google tools, or website troubleshooting
