About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join Torq, a rapidly growing cybersecurity company with significant funding and growth. This role will be a key driver of customer advocacy and reference programs, helping to turn satisfied customers into strategic voices that enhance our brand and accelerate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define, deploy, and manage a structured customer advocacy process spanning all major reference types
- →Recruit, nurture, and prepare customers to participate in reference activities
- →Track and manage customer reference requests and fulfillment across various departments
- →Build a library of customer testimonials showcasing business value delivered by Torq
- →Develop customer stories from interview to approval, editing, and publication
- →Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Demand Marketing to ensure consistent delivery of customer narratives
- →Develop internal guidelines on customer reference usage, tracking, and compliance
- →Define and monitor KPIs for customer advocacy and continuously optimize programs
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of B2B customer marketing, advocacy, or related program management experience
- ✓Track record of building and scaling customer advocacy/reference programs
- ✓Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Data-driven mindset with experience defining and reporting metrics
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- ✓Experience with advocacy/reference management tools
- ✓Comfort engaging with senior customer executives and external audiences
- ✓Passion for cybersecurity and understanding of enterprise buyer process
