About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join Traba, a technology company reinventing industrial staffing through autonomous AI workflows. You'll build our analytics foundation from scratch, driving strategic insights and developing forecasting models to power our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership through in-depth data analysis
→Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for key business metrics
→Develop data models and forecasting tools to predict operational needs
→Identify business challenges and opportunities using data
→Build scalable analytics infrastructure to ensure data integrity
→Oversee development and maintenance of Traba’s data warehouse
→Work with Operations leadership to provide actionable insights
→Provide self-service analytics tools to Operations teams

Requirements

✓4+ years in analytics, data science, or business intelligence
✓BS/MS degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, or engineering
✓Strong proficiency in SQL
✓Proficiency with Python, R, or ML modeling
✓Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
✓Excellent data storytelling skills
✓Strong ability to work across departments
✓Intense curiosity and initiative
✓Self-motivation in a fast-paced startup environment
