About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Design Lead to join Tracksuit, a rapidly growing startup that provides brand tracking solutions. This role involves safeguarding and evolving Tracksuit’s visual identity while leading a high-performing design function.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead Tracksuit brand design across campaigns, content, events, website & marketing channels
- →Uphold creative standards and provide creative direction & QA for designers
- →Create a marketing design system & component library
- →Own the design and experience on our global website
- →Plan and prioritize creative projects across all brand and marketing initiatives
- →Manage and develop one direct report and oversee a network of freelancers
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in brand and digital design, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS, tech or agency
- ✓Deep understanding of brand systems, marketing design, and foundational UX/UI principles
- ✓Strong visual storytelling, Figma fluency, AI, web design, component systems and creative operations
- ✓Strategic thinking with a balance of creativity and business outcomes
- ✓Collaborative, systems-minded, and resourceful mindset
