At Tracksuit, we’re building the world’s most loved brand tracking platform — now tracking in 25 markets and trusted by over 1,000 brands globally.

We believe that great brands are built on creativity, care, and consistency — and that's exactly how we're building Tracksuit. We're growing fast globally, and now we're looking for a GTM Operations Manager to join our NYC team and bring hands-on operational support to our US and UK GTM teams.

The opportunity:

Our entire GTM Ops team sits in ANZ today, but half our GTM org operates out of the US and UK. When the people building GTM infrastructure are 16+ hours away from the teams relying on it, decisions get delayed, context gets lost, and rollouts slow down.

We're hiring a GTM Ops Manager in NYC to change that. You'll join a small NYC-based GTM Ops team and work as the dedicated ops partner for US and UK GTM teams, driving initiative rollouts, improving systems and workflows, and making sure teams have what they need to move fast.

Our GTM stack is built around agentic workflows, AI models, and data pipelines. You'll work in Claude and Cursor daily as core tools, supported by a dedicated GTM AI function of three operating within GTM Ops.

What you'll do:
• Own initiative rollouts across US and UK GTM teams, from scoping through to delivery and adoption
• Design, build, and maintain workflows and tooling across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partnerships
• Build Claude plugins and use Cursor to solve data problems, automate manual processes, and extend our agentic GTM infrastructure
• Design, build, and maintain the signal and scoring infrastructure (Clay, Keyplay) and downstream systems (HubSpot, Vitally, n8n) that feed into AI-powered workflows
• Keep data clean and reliable across GTM platforms, and assist in building reporting that gives teams full-funnel visibility
• Surface local market context from the US and UK to inform global and local GTM Ops priorities, and keep distributed teams aligned across time zones
• Develop playbooks that help US and UK teams operate effectively
That's the role, so who are you?
• 3+ years in GTM Ops, RevOps, or a similar operational role within B2B SaaS
• You've designed and improved systems and workflows that support GTM efficiency at scale
• You're comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams and can operate with a high degree of autonomy
• You have strong analytical skills and can translate data into operational improvements
• You've used AI or automation tools in your GTM work (or you're eager to, we'll teach you the rest)
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You’re a fast learner and someone who loves to challenge themselves
• Bonus: you've worked in a high-growth company scaling into new markets
