About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team at TradeLink, the leading platform for collaborative logistics processes in Europe. This role involves shaping our product strategy, driving innovation, and integrating AI into our core product development. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of your area, identifying and developing AI-based potentials, and implementing efficient, scalable processes for product discovery and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the product vision and strategy in close collaboration with the Leadership Team and coordinate cross-team collaboration.
- →Drive AI-based product development and explore innovative ways to create value for our customers using AI.
- →Evaluate the economic feasibility and market potential of new features based on project results and product metrics.
- →Responsible for product discovery and solution development, enabling your team to implement features based on validated customer insights, data-driven decisions, and clearly defined business value.
- →Work closely with engineering and design teams, other product managers, founders, and the go-to-market team to advance product development and ensure high-quality releases.
- →Measure the impact on customer and business outcomes and continuously optimize KPIs and processes.
Requirements
- ✓Several years of experience in product management of B2B-SaaS products.
- ✓Excellent understanding of product discovery, delivery, and management processes.
- ✓Curiosity about AI technologies, practical experience with AI-based products or features, and a willingness to continuously develop in this area.
- ✓Strong strategic and operational thinking, as well as a passion for achieving organizational goals.
- ✓Very good and secure communication skills in German and English.
- ✓Experience in data analysis, defining metrics, and interpreting and measuring results.
