About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trading Operations Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining robust processes to ensure operational activities run smoothly and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- βExecute operational processes across all stages of the trade lifecycle
- βIdentify, investigate and troubleshoot discrepancies in a timely manner
- βCollaborate with various internal teams to streamline operational processes
- βManage broker and custodian enquiries efficiently and professionally
- βCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and control frameworks
- βDevelop expertise to become an internal subject matter expert for complex trading operations queries
- βMonitor internal systems to optimise operational efficiency and address any potential disruptions promptly
- βContribute to business development projects under the guidance of senior team members
Requirements
- βCurrently completing or recently completed an undergraduate degree
- βAn appetite for AI tools and automation where you'd rather build a smarter process than repeat the same task twice
- βA passion for continuous improvement where you're never quite satisfied with βgood enoughβ when there's a smarter way forward
- βA creative and methodical approach to problem-solving, with a talent for cutting through complexity to find the most effective path forward
