About the Role
We are hiring our first FP&A Expert to build and scale group-wide financial planning and reporting foundations. This is a senior Individual Contributor role with end-to-end ownership of finance taxonomy, budgeting frameworks and management reporting across entities.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign and own the group-wide finance taxonomy and cost structure
- βBuild and scale budgeting and forecasting processes across entities
- βDevelop management reporting frameworks that provide clear, CFO-grade insights
- βTranslate procurement and operational data into actionable financial analysis
- βImprove consistency, automation and data quality in financial reporting
- βPartner with business leaders to strengthen cost accountability and decision-making
Requirements
- β5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance or financial controlling
- βStrong track record in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- βExperience building or restructuring finance taxonomies or reporting frameworks
- βAdvanced financial modelling and analytical capability
- βExperience operating in a multi-entity or international environment
- βAbility to work independently and bring structure to ambiguity
- βStrong executive communication skills
