About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven, creatively ambitious Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand marketing in the UK at Trainline. This role involves defining and delivering the UK brand strategy and leading high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that drive both brand growth and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the UK brand marketing strategy aligned to commercial objectives.
→Translate global brand and proposition strategy into locally relevant, growth-driving execution.
→Embed our brand platform across marketing and product touchpoints.
→Own end-to-end development and delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
→Lead agency partners across creative and media to deliver standout, effective work.
→Drive strong go-to-market execution for key product and proposition launches.
→Set clear campaign objectives and ensure robust measurement from day one.
→Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency and creative excellence across channels.
→Manage the UK brand marketing budget with strong financial discipline.

Requirements
