About the Role

Treeswift is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to implement and integrate our technology into customer operations. This role involves embedding with customers to understand their challenges and support our platform's deployment and integration.

Key Responsibilities

→Embed with customers to understand their challenges and workflows
→Deploy Treeswift products at customer sites, including configuration and user training
→Support integrations with customer data systems, including API integration
→Extend the platform to meet customer needs through new features and business logic
→Complete analyses to help customers understand and trust our data

Requirements

✓4+ years of professional experience
✓Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and high autonomy
✓Excellent communication skills across various stakeholders
✓Experience in a technical environment, including Python and web application development
✓Experience with data pipelines, embedded systems, or machine learning is a plus
