About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join Trendyol Operations, where you will integrate data analytics with algorithmic solutions to enhance operational performance. This role is pivotal in scaling international operations through continuous process improvement and technology-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- βMonitor key performance metrics and execute project plans and algorithms to improve business processes
- βWork with large datasets for data extraction, analysis, presentation, and visualization
- βIdentify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions by benchmarking and finding best practices
- βDesign comprehensive analyses and models to identify challenges and solutions
- βTrack operational performance across international markets and develop algorithms to address evolving customer and vendor needs in newly launched regions
Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management
- β1β3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment
- βAdvanced proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and Google Sheets/Excel
- βExcellent written and spoken communication skills in both Turkish and English
- βCreative problem-solver with a thrive for ambiguity, maintaining a balance between the 'big picture' and granular details
- βStrong belief in data as the most powerful tool for decision-making; ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative results effectively
- βExcellent communicator with a passion for building relationships
