About the Role

We are looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to join Trendyol Tech and help accelerate our cloud journey. You will work closely with platform and infrastructure teams to design and build scalable cloud platform capabilities, improve automation, and enable product teams to adopt cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and build scalable cloud architectures and automation systems across AWS, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud environments
→Collaborate with engineering, platform, and operations teams to understand their needs and deliver reliable cloud solutions
→Contribute to platform and infrastructure roadmaps, proposing improvements and new capabilities
→Enable product and domain teams to effectively use public cloud platforms and cloud-native technologies
→Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies and architectural strategies to improve cost efficiency, scalability, and performance

Requirements

✓Strong Cloud Expertise – Deep hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
✓Infrastructure as Code Mindset – Proficient with tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or similar IaC solutions
✓Platform Thinking – Ability to build internal platforms that improve developer experience
✓Automation First Approach – Passion for eliminating manual operations through automation
✓Scalability & Performance Awareness – Experience designing systems that can handle large-scale workloads
✓Cost Awareness – Ability to design architectures with cost efficiency in mind
✓Collaborative Mindset – Comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams
✓Ownership & Leadership – Takes end-to-end ownership of platform components
