About the Role
Tribe AI is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Architect to lead mission-critical client engagements. This hands-on role involves building and deploying AI solutions in real-world enterprise environments, ensuring they scale reliably under constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with clients, PMs, and architects to scope and deploy AI systems that solve practical problems
- →Build and integrate systems using LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, and vector DBs
- →Navigate real-world challenges including data access, authentication, security, and networking
- →Translate high-level designs into working components with measurable outcomes
- →Debug and optimize for reliability in production environments
- →Embed with client engineering teams to accelerate adoption and integration
- →Document decisions clearly for both clients and internal teams
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of engineering experience shipping AI/ML systems into production
- ✓Strong Python skills and deep familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks
- ✓Hands-on experience with cloud deployment, orchestration, CI/CD, and distributed environments
- ✓Ability to debug complex real-world issues in enterprise environments
- ✓Problem-solving skills focused on delivery and reliability
- ✓Comfortable in client-facing environments with both engineers and executives
