About the Role
We are looking for a Forward-Deployed Full-Stack Developer to join Tribe AI, an AI-native services company helping enterprises build and deploy AI products. This role focuses on bringing AI-first products to life by translating AI capabilities into responsive interfaces with reliable backends.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build responsive, accessible interfaces using modern frameworks like React and Next.js
- →Stand up and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations for prototypes and early production
- →Translate user flows and design specs into clean, modular, well-documented code
- →Manage data fetching, model calls, and state with attention to latency and resilience
- →Help evolve prototypes into production-ready experiences with appropriate tests and performance tuning
- →Work closely with designers to refine flows and interaction patterns
- →Partner with AI Engineers to integrate model endpoints and debug integration issues
- →Support discovery and workshops by quickly prototyping end-to-end flows
- →Contribute to internal templates, component libraries, and coding standards
Requirements
- ✓5+ years building digital products with a portfolio highlighting front-end craft
- ✓Proficiency with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern styling approaches
- ✓Experience building and integrating REST/GraphQL APIs using Node.js or Python
- ✓Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations or a strong interest in AI-driven products
- ✓Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and responsive behavior
- ✓Effective collaborator comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
